As a regular speaker at Learning and Development conferences including, Learning Solutions, Association of Talent Development, and Training Magazine’s Online Learning and Training, she brings her 20 years of learning and development experience to every course she develops.

As a 2014 Bronze Brandon Hall Group Excellence Award for Best Custom Content, she stays on the cutting edge of her industry bringing innovative content to her clients. With 20 years experience designing, developing, and delivering custom technical and business skill training programs, Dani has worked with a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, financial, real estate/property management, healthcare, telecommunications, financial, government, oil and gas, software/technology, manufacturing, higher ed, and K-12.
