I am a Learning Solution Architect with over 20 combined years of experience in 3D product design, business performance consulting, adult learning, instructing/facilitating, learning analysis, curriculum architecture, agile project management and team leadership. I am team focused, self-motivated and passionate about learning. I have worked in the corporate learning space for 10 years performing a range of skills from instructing, developing, consulting, front-end analysis, curriculum architecture and large project leadership. Within the last 3 years I have successfully implemented new learning technologies such as collaborative learning and micro learning as well as a scalable agile project management framework for analyzing, designing, developing and maintaining learning content and curriculum.
