Pete Colantes is the founder of VIP (Virtually In Person), a virtual facilitation coaching and training company built on one standard: although it's virtual, let's treat it as if it were in-person. With 17 years of experience in training and facilitation, including six years delivering virtual training for a Fortune 50 logistics organization. Pete created the REAL Framework, a practical four-pillar system that helps facilitators bring their best into every virtual session.

He works directly with facilitators, trainers and organizations through three intentionally small programs. They are: The REAL VIP Workshop, REAL VIP One-on-One Coaching and the REAL VIP Mixed Small Group Cohort. Each designed to deliver at least one immediately actionable skill.
