Named one of Training Magazine’s Top 10 Young Trainers in 2011, Elissa prides herself in the design, development, and implementation of impactful learning experiences that engage and educate while changing behaviors and achieving results. She has specialized experience designing and developing XR (VR - Virtual Reality, AR - Augmented Reality, and MR - Mixed reality) programs for over 10 years. Elissa is strategic and innovative, and has positively impacted field sales in neurology, endocrinology, cardiology, oncology, rare disease, and pain.
