She is the author of the books Making Elearning Stick, Making Learning Stick, and Making Training Stick: A Training Transfer Field Guide as well as numerous articles. She is listed in the national registry of Who’s Who, and has presented at national and international training conferences including the American Society for Training and Development, ASTD TechKnowledge, Learning 3.0, and DevCon. In addition to training trainers, writing her mini-newsletter Sticky Notes, and offering Making Elearning Stick certifications, Barbara teaches graduate courses on human resources development for Webster University and Washington University.
