For over 22 years Alan has worked as a chartered coaching psychologist and internationally as a leadership team coach, trainer, and keynote speaker. Having started his career as a counselling psychologist, coupled with his understanding of family therapy sees him applying the same behavioral science to team coaching. Alan describes himself as a ‘practitioner in action’, infusing the latest findings in psychology and solution focus coaching to enable leaders to flourish and their team to journey toward healthy high performance. His focus is not a traditional expert led coaching approach seeking to help managers dissect their organization’s problems and weaknesses, rather it looks at what is wanted instead. It is a respectful, authentic, fun, impactful and measurable approach.
