Sometimes it feels that knowledge is in a locked drawer or vault. No one can access it. 

The topic of retaining knowledge and intellectual assets has been discussed within the knowledge management and learning circles for many years now. There is a realization among organizations that with turnover, retirement and attrition, the corporate collective intelligence goes with it. In Microlearning, we subscribed to what George Siemens proposes that knowledge is no longer stored in certain places or confined in some people’s expertise.
