Why have many of us forgotten that compliance is about protecting people in many cases? We tend to think of it as a checkbox for rules. 

Compliance has two sides: (a) making sure workers show proof of audited trails for completion and (b) learning ideas to decrease risks and take positive actions to apply the intended benefits of the laws. Unfortunately, the completion needs overshadow the proactive side. Another part of the problem is the completion-only courses are too bulky and hard to study and learn from.  Non-compliance to rules and mandates can have devastating impacts to any company. Microlearning can help by isolating and delivering constant reminders so that workers and learners take note of them and constantly keep them in mind. Examples of these are:
