Generative AI, the latest iteration of artificial intelligence (AI), cuts across industries, dominating today’s business news with continually evolving iterations and applications. Learning & Development (L&D) organizations are exploring ways to leverage this new tool in the hope of automating certain tasks, thereby freeing employees to concentrate on higher-level concerns.
