Description

Most awards programs are just that—programs that recognize excellence. But the Training APEX Awards program goes beyond that, as the application process provides a game-changing road map to both training and development and organizational success.

Join three 2024 Training APEX Awards winners—TSI’s Tiva Abreu, Shaw Industries’ Lauren Snowdy, and Hayes Locums’ Bob Pantalone—as they share their stories and experiences of how they’ve used the Training APEX Awards application to elevate their learning and development (L&D) efforts to help their organizations achieve peak performance.

In this Webinar, you will discover how these veteran L&D professionals leverage the application to:
  • Identify and close training gaps
  • Closely align training with business unit goals
  • Foster more communication and relationship building between L&D/Training and business unit leaders
  • Become more innovative and agile
  • Measure behavior change and business outcomes
  • Earn a seat at the C-suite table for strategic planning and increased investment in L&D

Their senior leaders understand Training isn’t just support—it is integral to organizational success today and tomorrow.
