Description

In an age where our executives want everything cheaper, faster and yesterday, we need to do some explaining when the go-to solution to training is, ”Just throw it on-line.” Whether you conduct classroom training (ILT) synchronous (VILT) or asynchronous training all three, this pragmatic, hands-on session will provide you with tools and techniques to maximize your learners’ on-line or classroom experience.

At the end of the session learners will be able to:
  • Identify what training courses transfer effectively to an on-line environment utilizing guidelines discussed in the session and which would be better served in the traditional classroom.
  • Receive a tool to convince management of a financially sound plan using a cost-benefit analysis template provided in the session.
  • Increase participation, retention and learning for ILT, VILT or asynchronous learning by using ten facilitation techniques.

Join us and navigate your learning delivery choices more effectively!
