As a Training Manager at Genzyme/Sanofi North America, Nancy Giard designs, delivers and supports innovative training solutions to support end users of North America IS products and services. A thought leader in the use of social media in training, she designs socially-blended learning programs that combine a variety of social media marketing and communication touch points to meet the needs of today’s SmartLearner. Nancy is a keynote speaker, thought-leader and a member of many professional organizations. She currently serves as co-president of the greater Boston chapter of the American Society for Training & Development.
