Andre oversees Camden's awesome and talented Organizational Development team including functions of Learning & Development (Learning Innovation + Training Delivery), Recruiting / Talent Acquisition, Mentoring and all things Talent Development. Passionate about Camden's culture and values that align with her personal WHY - to improve lives one experience at a time.

Prior to Camden, Andre was President of her own consulting firm, Culture Transformation Resources for 10 years.  She provided consulting in leadership and service excellence to many clients including BMW and other luxury retail, hotel and real estate development. 

Andre grew up in the L&D space with her roots in airlines – Continental (now United) where she served 8 of her 15 years there as Director of Worldwide Training, Quality Assurance, Policies and Procedures.
