Meredith Bell is the co-founder and president of Grow Strong Leaders (GSL). Her company publishes assessment and development tools that help people build strong relationships at work and at home. Meredith is the author of three books and the host of the Grow Strong Leaders Podcast.
 
With her business partner, Dr. Dennis E. Coates, Meredith was a pioneer in 360 feedback 30 years ago. With GSL 360, they’ve created a customizable, economical, cloud-based system for gathering feedback from multiple sources. Meredith and Denny are also co-authors of two books, Connect with Your Team: Mastering the Top 10 Communication Skills, and Peer Coaching Made Simple. One of Meredith’s strengths is creating strong, long-term relationships. She’s worked with her 2 business partners for 33 years, and many of their clients and resellers have worked with Meredith for 20+ years.
