It is so hard to make meaningful connections over virtual, and yet people’s expectations only rise as we enter our sixth year of presenting over Connect, Zoom, and Teams. How can we pursue our need for human connection and acknowledge the limitations of the medium? How can we connect and engage with people we can’t see? And as for the technology that often gets in the way, how can we compensate for it and maybe even turn it into an advantage?
