About David Unruh

David Unruh is a Senior Manager in T-Mobile’s Customer Service Learning and Development organization. In his current role, Unruh oversees the strategy, development and implementation of the Universe 2.0 project, which involves the replacement of most of the representative and customer-facing systems. He has 20 years of experience in designing and developing learning solutions. Unruh has also served as an adjunct professor in the College of Education at the University of Washington.

About David Cameron

David Cameron is the Director of Tools and Technology for Global Support &Deployment (GSD) Learning and Development at Dell.

David graduated with a  Degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Natal Durban. After launching a number of successful technology companies David started a training company focused on high end data protocols. This effort led to his connection and strong relationship with Dell.

David joined Dell in March 2001 and has successfully held multiple roles leading to his current position. His most recent accomplishment is the implementation of a Learning Content Management System for his organization. The implementation of the LCMS project was projected to take 18 -24 months, but under David’s leadership will be completed in 7 Months.

About Dani Johnson

Dani Johnson is the Vice President of Learning & Development Research at Bersin by Deloitte. Dani has spent the majority of her career writing about, conducting research in, designing, and consulting on human capital practices. Dani led the Human Resource Competency Study with the University of Michigan and six other professional organizations around the world, which resulted in her coauthoring the book, HR Competencies: Mastery at the Intersection of People and Business. Some of her other ideas can be found in publications such as HR Magazine, Employment Relations Today, and The Human Factor. Dani holds a master of business administration and a master of science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
