Description

Leadership rarely breaks down in theory. It breaks down in the moment when competing priorities, organizational friction, and human dynamics collide. In this webinar, Abilitie’s Product leaders Luke Owings and Heather Beckham explore how experiential learning can be intentionally designed to recreate those moments, surfacing the high stakes leadership decisions people actually face, and why practicing judgment, communication, and influence in realistic contexts is essential for lasting behavior change.

You will also get a behind-the-scenes look at how Abilitie’s newest product, Case Challenges, was designed and built. The session walks through how these interactive cases blend immersive storytelling, AI-enabled interaction, and faculty-led debriefs to turn in-the-moment choices into clear, observable workplace behaviors. You’ll learn how the format drives engagement and practical insight—so participants leave with actionable growth, not just concepts.
