With the shift to remote and hybrid business environments, your training program needs to adapt as well - yet L&D leaders battle with limited resources. In order to keep stakeholders invested and advocate for budget, L&D leaders must demonstrate their role in strategic innovation and illustrate how they support business objectives in a competitive market.
