About Dawn Kaiser, Ph.D.

Dr. Dawn Kaiser is the Program Director for the School of Business at American Intercontinental University. She has been working with adult learners since 1991 in both public and private sectors, in non-profit and proprietary, teaching in traditional and online classes. She wrote and taught her first online class in 2003, and has been involved in online teaching ever since. She has written white papers, and also wrote and edited an Introduction to Business text for Career Education Corporation. Dr. Kaiser has made many changes in her teaching style designed to reach the different learning styles of her students. She has been nominated educator of the year eight times in the past ten years, received the excellence in education award, and the Net Promoter Survey Award for exceptional student experiences.

About Judy Bullock, Ph.D.

Dr. Judy Bullock serves as the University Dean for the School of Business of American InterContinental University. She earned a Ph.D. in Business and pursued post-doctoral studies in psychology. Dr. Bullock has an MBA, a Masters in Professional Accounting, a Masters in Human Resources Management, and a Bachelor of Accountancy. Dr. Bullock completed the Strategic Human Resource Management Executive Program at Harvard and the Director’s College at Stanford Law School. Dr. Bullock has over thirty years of experience in public accounting, corporate finance and human resources. Past executive roles include serving as the Director of Worldwide Executive Compensation and Benefits of Deere & Company, the Chief Financial Officer of Sheffield Pharmaceuticals, and the Vice President of Human Resources of AutoNation. She consulted for Fortune 500 companies while serving as a Senior Manager for Price Waterhouse and Ernst & Young, as well as the Executive Compensation Practice Leader for Towers Perrin. Dr. Bullock is a licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant), a CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant), and a ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant). She held the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) designation from 1995-2011. Dr. Bullock is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Accounting Association, the International Association for Accounting Education & Research, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Project Management Institute, and the Society for Human Resource Management. Dr. Bullock is published in the Leadership and Organization Development Journal.
