She has helped organizations undergoing major transformations to accelerate change adoption and increase organizational effectiveness with a holistic approach that enables people to be ready, willing and able to make change successful. Pat brings more than 25 years of experience with global Fortune 100 companies in the Financial Services, Insurance, Pharma and Telecom industries. Pat has led organizations as well as change efforts in Finance, Global Operations, Shared Services, Procure to Pay, Customer Service/Call Center, Systems Process improvements, New Operating Models and Future state support organizations. Pat has partnered and lead several enterprise-wide transformational initiatives during significant change in the Insurance, Pharmaceutical, and Telecommunication Industries. She also taught at the Graduate level as an Adjunct Professor, teaching leadership, organizational change, and business for over 14 years.  She is currently pursuing her PhD in Change and Organizational Leadership.
