Is there a “best” culture? Most scholars would say “no” because it depends on what you’re trying to do. Michael Lee Stallard discovered this is only partially true.  No doubt cultures differ depending upon tasks. For example, engineering-oriented cultures differ from sales-oriented cultures. When it comes to relationships, however, new scientific evidence shows that cultures which connect people are superior to cultures that isolate people and unfortunately, cultures of connection are rare.

Cultures of connection have been called a “superpower” because they make people smarter, happier and more productive. They have also been found to convey several benefits including higher employee engagement, productivity, innovation and adaptability.
