Michael Stallard is cofounder and president and Katie Stallard is a partner of Connection Culture Group, a leadership training and consulting firm based in Greenwich, Connecticut. They are authors of the bestselling book Connection Culture: The Competitive Advantage of Shared Identity, Empathy and Understanding at Work.

Their clients have included Costco, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, NASA, Qualcomm, U.S. Treasury Department, and Turner Construction. Texas Christian University created the TCU Center for Connection Culture based on their work.
