In this webinar you will learn:
  • How to create engaging training so your learners can onboard quickly
  • How to utilize a blended solution to include scenarios and/or game based online simulations
  • Ways in which context driven training can increase employee morale, decrease training time and increase customer satisfaction

By implementing these solutions, you can cut your training time up to 50% and your customer service representatives will leave onboarding excited and confident with their ability to perform resulting in reduced attrition.
