It’s a call center conundrum… Creating the right training is critical to driving down training/operational costs associated with massive turnover in many industries, and especially call centers. This high turnover workforce needs training that’s effective and easy to roll out.

In this webinar you will learn:
  • How to create engaging training so your learners can onboard quickly
  • How to utilize a blended solution to include scenarios and/or game based online simulations
  • Ways in which context driven training can increase employee morale, decrease training time and increase customer satisfaction

By implementing these solutions, you can cut your training time up to 50% and your customer service representatives will leave onboarding excited and confident with their ability to perform resulting in reduced attrition.
