Caitlin is a Senior Product Expert with Saba Software. As a principal consultant and consulting manager, Caitlin led dozens of Saba implementations and oversaw Saba’s Agile Implementation Methodology. In addition to advising customers on best practices in informal learning, she leveraged the principals and tools available to train and enable the global consulting team. She is an experienced Talent Management professional, with almost 20 years experience with two of the industry's leading software vendors.
