Dr. Barbara Mistick is President of Wilson College in Chambersburg, PA. Recently, Dr. Mistick made history pioneering the nation's first loan buy-back program for college students. She is an accomplished two-time entrepreneur and recognized change agent. Currently, she is working on a new book with Karie Willyerd exploring successful workplace learning strategies.
