Kendall brings over 18 years of Talent Management and Consulting Executive experience to CEB, Metrics that Matter, along with her product strategy, business development, strategic planning, executive development, human capital analytics, statistical analysis, and change management experience. Having held both executive and practitioner roles in building practical talent management and analytics functions aligned to impacting performance, her experience brings a real world perspective to designing sustainable Measurement & Evaluation strategies within organizations.  Kendall earned an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from California State University of San Bernardino.
