Mark Clare, a performance improvement expert and educator, has over 20 years of experience with Fortune 500 companies including 3M and Allstate, major health systems and a Silicon Valley start-up. Mark uses micro-learning techniques in the Leaders Program at Northwestern University and writes about them in the Cognitive Design blog. He has taught and advised corporate trainers and development professionals for nearly 10 years. Before founding New Value Streams, Mark was a Vice President for Parkview Health, an eight-hospital health system in Indiana. At Parkview, Mark was involved in major innovation, technology and quality efforts. He holds patents, a Lean Sigma black belt and Master’s Degrees in both physics and philosophy.
