Dave joined Coldwell Banker in 1993 bringing over 25 years of management, consulting and training experience with him. As Senior Director of Professional Development, he provides leadership for the assessment, development and application of sales and management training in the three US regions and Canada. Dave and his team spend their time consulting with Coldwell Banker companies, assisting them in maximizing their training efforts to drive productivity and profit.
