With more than 25 years of experience in learning, performance, and technology, David is a recognized industry strategist, speaker, and writer known for exploring how emerging technologies are reshaping the way people learn and work. Prior to joining Bluewater, he served as Chairman and CEO of The Learning Guild for more than a decade, helping build one of the world’s leading professional communities for learning and development.
 
David also serves as Co-Chair of the Learning Technologies Conference in London and regularly contributes to industry conversations around AI, learning technology, performance, and the changing nature of work.
