Kamen holds a BBA in International Business and has spent more than 25 years at the intersection of technology and people, building digital products that solve real business problems for clients across Europe and beyond. He is a regular speaker at international industry conferences, sharing hands-on experience on how organizations can bring leadership development into the way people actually work.

Since 2015, he has been CEO of Lean Digital Solutions, which he co-founded that same year, and since 2019 he has also served as Chief Digital Officer at Lead1ng AG.

Lean Digital Solutions is the company behind Blended Leading and LS-S Leadership Support, developing an AI-powered mentoring platform embedded directly in Microsoft Teams that turns leadership development from a once-a-year event into a daily practice — now expanding into the US market to help American HR and business leaders scale personalized leadership growth without losing the human element that makes it work.
