With over 7,000 hours of global training and coaching experience, she has supported professionals from Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and multicultural teams in communicating with clarity, leading with confidence, and connecting more effectively.

Her facilitation style is highly engaging, combining brain-friendly techniques, and emotional intelligence to create a practical and inspiring learning experience. Whether in-person or virtual, she connects with participants across all levels to help them shift their thinking, speaking, and leadership—especially under pressure.

Her 20+ year career includes senior leadership roles at Diageo, McCann-Erickson, and Nabisco. Nicole has worked across the Americas, the Middle East, and the Caribbean, designing and delivering leadership development and communication programs that leave a lasting impact.

She teaches Think on Your Feet® across the Americas as an Associate of McLuhan & Davies Communications. 

Based in Florida, she enjoys travel, yoga, and spending quality time with her family and her husky.
