She previously served as a Learning Experience Design Manager and Senior Learning Strategist, leveraging her diverse background to craft innovative training solutions.

Now, as the Vice President of Strategic Solution Development, Michelle partners with clients to address organizational challenges and drive strategic goals through tailored learning initiatives. She specializes in aligning training solutions with business objectives, ensuring measurable impact and long-term success.

Beyond her professional life, Michelle is the founder of a nonprofit animal rescue organization, dedicated to providing care and safe homes for animals in need. She is also passionate about environmental sustainability and fostering inclusive, supportive communities.
