Shannon Wilson joined the eThink Education team in 2018, bringing over 16 years of support experience in the education technology market having spent 10 years with SumTotal Systems (formerly Pathlore Software) and 6 years with Blackboard Open LMS (formerly Moodlerooms). She has worn many hats over the years working with ed-tech start-up companies on both sides of the fence - corporate and higher education - and understands the challenges of training and development in both worlds. Now a part of the Open LMS team, Shannon is passionate about helping institutions and organizations implement a successful eLearning ecosystem for improved educational and business outcomes.
