Jenifer Sanders is an experienced master trainer, organization development consultant, and executive coach with a background in education, marketing, communication and leadership.

Jenifer’s primary focus is leadership and team development and using a range of psychological assessments, experiential workshops and facilitative processes to help improve self-awareness, decision making, relationships, communication, team performance and human connections.  

Experienced with both federal and private sector clients across the workforce spectrum, Jenifer takes a personal and tailored approach to help leaders and teams best meet personal and professional growth goals.
 
Jenifer is a certified Master Practitioner in EQ-i® 2.0 and EQ360® emotional intelligence assessments, the Influence Style Indicator™, the Change Style Indicator®, and the Decision Style Profile®.  She is also certified in the use of the Pearman Personality Integrator® and other industry-leading tools.
