Since then, Abilitie's award-winning leadership development programs have reached over 100,000 leaders in over 75 countries at companies including GE, Dell, and McKinsey. As COO, she creates and oversees company-wide systems for scaling and maintaining focus on the end-client experience as the company's growth accelerates.
