Mr. Everidge is the President/CEO of Rapid Learning Deployment, LLC (rapidLD).  rapidLD provides Management Consulting, Implementation and Operations services for HCM technologies as well as software products to support these technologies.  As a principal and Founder with rapidLD, he oversees the marketing, business development, and learning consulting work for the company.  In the five years 2012-2016, rapidLD provided consulting and implementation services for 416 projects and 181 unique customers.  These include AstraZeneca, Caterpillar, The Federal Reserve Bank, McDonald’s, Samsung, The Home Depot, Toyota, and Yum! Brands.
