Donald Murphy is a lawyer for the State of Indiana, and also provides a range of consultation services to executives on the development and implementation of key strategies to create and sustain high performing agencies. Donald is responsible for helping public defenders in Indiana improve the quality of representation they provide and he oversees the training of 1,000 attorneys.
Donald designs, implements and measures strategic and innovative OD interventions that address organizational issues in keeping with the strategic direction of the organization. He delivers presentations and facilitates workshops on the topics of managing change, organizational behavior and negotiation skills.
Donald developed a Continuing Legal Education approved “Personal Coaching” program that was featured as a “Best Practice” program by the Bureau of Justice. He has also authored two manuals on criminal law and it the author of a highly regarded law review article, The Future: Transitioning from Training Lawyers to Improving Their Performance.
