About Beth Wagner
With more than 13 years of professional development experience, Beth has a unique talent for helping individuals maximize their leadership potential and propel organizational effectiveness. Beth’s work has focused specifically on leadership and management development, organizational process consultation, corporate training and facilitation, public speaking and non-profit executive leadership.
Beth works directly with the Training and Program Development team to facilitate live and online Fierce workshops, promotional programs and Train-the-Trainer events to corporate, non-profit, government and educational organizations throughout the U.S. and Canada. In addition to being a leader in e-learning and live workshop facilitation, Beth is skilled at designing training solutions, including research, curriculum development and evaluating program effectiveness. She supports the global network of certified Fierce facilitators with individual development plans, one-on-one coaching and implementing sustainability strategies.
