Stacey Speller brings over 15 years of leadership and personal development to The John Maxwell Company. After being mentored personally by John Maxwell, her specialty is working with high-performing world leaders, government officials, CEOs, entrepreneurs, and organizations looking to impact their bottom line through results oriented training. Through the John Maxwell Company, Stacey has worked globally with several of the Top 50 Corporations including Sasol Oil, Reynolds Aluminum and Mining, World Bank, Standard Bank, Woolworth’s, and Vodacom Telecommunications, the largest provider of cellular services on the African continent. 

A highly sought-after author, international speaker, and elite coach; she works with high-achievers to create rapid acceleration and discover the real limits of their potential through extreme clarity and making bold choices. Stacey is the lead speaker for Global Women’s Summit, an initiative of the United Nations to teach, train, and empower female entrepreneurs on the African Continent. With a very direct, yet highly personable style, Stacey connects with leaders at all levels of very diverse organizations including The Coca-Cola Company, Piedmont Hospital Systems, CapGemini Consulting North America, several National Associations, as well as State and County Governments. 

Stacey is a Graduate of the Executive Leadership Institute; one of the few training Institutes in the United States that offers a curriculum mixed with both academic based theory and practitioner based experience through public/private partnerships with top universities throughout the country. Her own story of having lived in different parts of the United States and overseas has given Stacey a global perspective that has proven indispensable for equipping leaders to think outside of the box and move beyond their limitations. In her spare time, she is actively involved with her local church and various other service organizations where she volunteers her time and talents generously. Stacey and her husband reside in Atlanta and enjoy traveling to exotic locations, playing tennis, and golf.

Dana previously served as the head of Leadership Development for a major division of The Home Depot, where he delivered a full curriculum of leadership offerings. He began his career in the field of learning and development with ExecuTrain, where he had global responsibility for delivering computer training within 23 countries.

Dana earned a B.B.A in Management from Kennesaw State University and has held multiple certifications from Franklin Covey, Grove International, and the Ken Blanchard Company.
