Description

Agile is more than a project management method. It’s a culture. The good news is that it solves many of the sticking points with the old waterfall-based approaches to projects. It’s a matter of communication, communication, getting results and communication.

And yet, according to the 8th annual "State of Agile" survey conducted by Analysis.Net Research, when agile projects fail, it’s often because of issues related to culture and change resistance.

Based on our experience with LLAMA (the Lot Like Agile Methods Approach, Agile project management developed specifically for instructional design and development projects) and its implementation with our clients and colleagues around the world, we’ll put the Agile team in the organizational context:

  • Leadership
  • Collaboration
  • Communication
  • Fears & Motivators
  • Accountability

Since so many of our colleagues are adopting and adapting Agile for the first time, we’ll help you pick the ideal project to get started with Agile and how to plant seeds for success.
