Dr. Chip Cleary leads Advisory Services for Element K, working with clients to help define and implement learning strategies that maximize the impact of their investments in learning. Cleary combines a background in learning design, business strategy, and technology. He has worked with over 50 clients on issues ranging from designing specific programs to reorganizing the learning function to better serve the needs of the business. He holds a Ph.D. from Northwestern University's Institute from the Learning Sciences, an M.B.A from the University of Chicago, and a B.S.E.E from Yale University. In recent years, Cleary has been working with clients and the Element K products team on innovative approaches to leveraging blended learning. Dr. Cleary speaks regularly at industry events and conferences.
