About Jennifer Wolf Rogers

Jennifer Rogers is the Global Content Development Manager at Baker Hughes, Incorporated in Houston, Texas. She received her M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Texas at Austin and currently holds both CPLP and PMP credentials. Jennifer began her career in the K-12 training arena as an instructional designer and facilitator for one of the largest school districts in Texas. During her 10-year tenure there, she partnered with 50+ campuses to evaluate and elevate current levels of teacher and student performance, primarily through teacher training and coaching. She also utilized her knowledge in these areas to provide consultation and support for curriculum development projects in the past with organizations such as Texas Education Agency and Stephen F. Austin State University. Jennifer began to apply her skillset to the corporate arena 5 years ago and currently brings her passion and expertise in the areas of objective-based, learner-differentiated curriculum, single-sourced content design, and high-impact instructional strategies to her work to provide online and face-to-face learning solutions to Baker Hughes employees and clients worldwide.

About Michael Rochelle

Michael is responsible for consulting, strategic services and advisory support for our members. Michael brings 25 years experience in commercial and operational strategy and execution including key roles in sales, marketing, business development, strategy, program management and operations in Fortune 500 and venture-backed start-up organizations.

About Dawn Poulos

With international marketing experience spanning North America and EMEA, Dawn is responsible for the market strategy that has driven Xyleme’s rapid revenue growth. She is the author of the popular Dawn of Learning blog and has written numerous white papers and trade articles on the topics of next generation learning technologies, social learning, XML, and content reusability. Prior to Xyleme, Dawn worked for a number of start-ups, including the network mediation and billing vendor Narus Inc. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
