Description
Most of us have folded AI into our process by now, and somewhere in there is the quiet realization that it does not help everywhere. Some tasks collapse from hours to minutes. Others take just as long as they always did, only now with an extra round of cleanup on top.
In this session, I am walking through my own workflow honestly, phase by phase, and showing where AI actually saves me time and where it does not. You will see the places I hand off completely, the places I still do the work myself, and how I decide which is which. Join me for a practical look at where the time really goes, so you can spend yours in the right places.
