About Conor Gaffney, Ph.D.

Conor Gaffney serves as the Chief Product Officer at Skillwell, where he steers the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the immersive learning platform. In this role, he leads multiple product teams focused on developing data-driven simulations and robust architectures that measurable results for clients.

Conor has been a foundational member of the team for over 15 years, and holds a PhD from Trinity College Dublin, where his research concentrated on knowledge engineering and authoring adaptive simulations for soft skill development.

About Thomas Lewis, Ph.D.

As the Director of Learning Solutions, Thomas Lewis is responsible for creating the overarching programmatic architecture that underpins Skillwell’s learning solutions and ensures delivery quality for companies like Microsoft, Merck, IBM, and more. His expertise lies at the intersection of instructional design and data-driven performance analysis.

Thomas leads the instruction design and content services teams. He holds a PhD from Technological University Dublin, bringing a data-driven approach to the design and measurement of corporate learning initiatives.
