Description
We're all improvising. You're using Slack as a knowledge base. Someone else is stitching together Storyline templates to mimic personalization. Another team is creating AI videos because they need something faster. It works, but is it sustainable?
In this session, we'll explore what we do in the Innovations in Training Test Kitchen, and consider how that might help you move beyond workarounds. We'll dive into the Test Kitchen philosophy of hands-on experimentation, share decision-making strategies for innovation that can work within constraints, and help you determine what to test first. You'll walk away with a practical framework and canvas to map your challenge, audit your current toolkit, identify your gaps, and prioritize what to explore next.
Whether you're exploring on your own or diving deeper at the upcoming Training conference, you'll have a tangible approach and the confidence to cook up something new that actually drives real learning impact.
