Description

You’ll learn about one trade association’s award-winning initiative to develop cradle-to-grave training for a critical role in the trades. You’ll learn about the high-level discussions that led to the initiative’s first phase, targeting frontline workers in their first 90 days on the job, and explore samples from the finished course.

More importantly, you’ll walk through the framework used to identify the business drivers that shaped this initiative: moving from a list of academic topics to an engaging program that targeted the most pressing workforce challenges.

You’ll come away better prepared to have conversations with key stakeholders and to design initiatives that do more than just teach—that have the potential to transform a workforce.
