She started her eLearning career as an instructional designer at Oracle University, worked as an educational consultant at Wipro Technologies, and later headed the learning solutions teams at Akamai, Uber, Palo Alto Networks and Laera Solutions.

An avid traveler, she has climbed Mt Kilimanjaro, hiked to the Everest Base Camp, and snorkeled between the American and Eurasian tectonic plates in Iceland.
