Description
BCG U (Boston Consulting Group Upskilling) is not only building learning solutions to help clients drive transformation with generative AI, they are living it. Through their internal “GenAI in Practice” program, BCGU has equipped their own learning designers and learning program managers to integrate AI into workflows, design for ROI, and rethink how learning experiences drive business value. This inside-out approach ensures that what they bring to clients is grounded in real application and measurable results.
In this webinar, BCG U and NovoEd will share the story of how internal experimentation informs external innovation, and how NovoEd’s talent development learning platform provides the backbone for this work. The session will begin with a presentation of BCGU’s internal course, followed by an interactive panel discussion with leaders from BCG U and NovoEd. Together, they’ll explore how combining applied practice, scalable design, and the right technology leads to meaningful impact for employees, clients, and organizations as a whole.
