Description

Learning works best when it’s built on science and designed for people.

In this session, we’ll introduce the Learning Science & Experience (LSX) framework—a practical set of design commitments that create lasting impact through learning. Then we’ll take a deeper dive into one of LSX’s design commitments: the experience matters.

You’ll explore how User Experience (UX) practices—like learner journey mapping, usability testing, and collaborative prototyping—can strengthen instructional your design process and uncover hidden opportunities. We’ll share real-world insights from a case studies, including where L&D and UX partnered to improve a blended mobile learning program, and you’ll leave with tools and techniques to apply immediately in your own work.
