You’ll take away a five-step model and valuable checklists that will help you understand the risks and challenges up front. The model outlines the process and provides tools to assist with successfully analyzing, managing, and leading an e-learning conversion project. At the end of the session, you will feel confident you can plan risks associated with this type of project and outline mitigation strategies.
